Scope of Work
BIFCO undertakes to carry out on demand and on turnkey basis, the Design Supply and Installation of Stand Alone Photovoltaic Power Systems for Mobile base Stations at the sites as per the Tender Specifications / Client Requirement within the stipulated Completion Period.
Our Scope of Work and Technical requirement will include, but not limited to the following:
Supply, installation and commission of pure SOLAR POWER SYSTEMS. The system will be capable of supplying telecom loads for the rated power system and simultaneously charging the batteries while utilizing the lowest possible footprint.
The system will achieve 99.999% power availability. Batteries will be capable of supplying power to the telecom load for 48 hours continuously. Batteries will be of maintenance-free type and having long cyclic lifespan.
The whole solution will be outdoor compatible, having Ingress Protection rating of IP55 at least, and shall withstand harsh weather conditions in UAE.
Batteries will be installed in temperature controlled outdoor cabinets, cooled to 25 degree Centigrade, using a high efficient DC air-conditioners.
System will provide connection changeover facility for a diesel generator to feed the load if requirement arises. The system will include high efficiency rectifiers (in N+1 configuration) to provide power to the full load and charge the batteries, in the event of using diesel generator.
Supply, installation and commissioning of remote monitoring server, including all related hardware, software, cables and accessories, capable supporting remote monitoring of up to 400 sites. This includes provision of remote monitoring operating system and software license according to the quantity of sites ordered.
Warehousing of the equipment, including air conditioned (25 deg. C) space for storage of the batteries.
Dismantle, repack and transfer unused equipment like existing generator, power equipment batteries and cabinets, and associated accessories to Etisalat’s warehouse.
